AB Native plants, modern art, and environmental stewardship were integrated to design a trolley station for the San Diego Light Rail Transit System. In this paper I describe the process used to develop the station and the plant management plan, as well as provide insight on the lessons learned during the process. I include a checklist that may be helpful for similar projects.
